A priest who disobeys church law by teaming with a young sheriff and a priestess to track down a band of renegade vampires who have kidnapped his niece.

From what I read Hollywood completely neglected the original story from the graphic novel, but it doesn't surprise me. I haven't read the graphic novel, so I can't compare the two, but I think it'll be pretty cool - Paul Bettany is in it for crying out loud.
